assume. The world of cheese is huge and the number of wines with which to pair them is
nearly infinite – and not all of them work together. Some red wines, for instance, can be a bit
too tannic or bold to match with most cheese. We’ll help you learn some classic pairing
guidelines so you can confidently put together a cheese plate to wow your guests (or just
