  • Founded in 1925 as a Calvados distillery, Duché de Longueville started producing single apple, artisan-style ciders in 1950. Cidre Bouché on the label refers to both its Champagne cork and the fact that the second fermentation (the one that makes the bubbles) takes place in the bottle (as opposed to pumping it full of gas like some supermarket labels.) More apple, less pumping.
