  • Dating back centuries, the storied property that is Chateau Biac boasted nearly 100 acres, with vines imported from Chateau d'Yquem and the finest of St. Emilion's estates. Changing hands many times and falling into decades of lackluster performance, it was resurrected by the Asseilly family, who chanced on it after staying in one of its guesthouses while on holiday from Lebanon. Biac is vital once again.
