- Nestled around 900 meters above the city of Madrid in the hills of the Gredos mountains, Las Moradas de San Martin is located within the SPA 56, a protected area for birds. A mixture of granite-based, sandy soil and high winds make the perfect recipe for winemaker Isabel Galindo's non-interventionist, biodynamic, low-sulfur approach to her ancient Garnacha vines. Senda is naturally fermented and bottled unclarified.
