- Grown in volcanic soil on the north slope of Mount Etna, the grapes for Alberto Graci's tiny production rosé come from a 5 acre, organically farmed plot. Many of his vines are ancient and on original rootstock, having never been affected by phylloxera. Brief skin contact gives it color, then fermentation in concrete. Only 7000 bottles are produced.
