- Villa Sparina takes their Gavi seriously. Although they produce some Dolcetto and Barbera, it’s the wines from their 25 year old Cortese vines that earned them Tre Bicchieri from the Gambero Rosso and 90 points from the Wine Spectator. The only Gavi ever to do so!
